Application Submissions
The Platform acts as a facilitator for submitting applications to schools, streamlining the process for users. However, the Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or acceptance of any application submitted via the Platform. All admission decisions are at the sole discretion of the respective schools, and the Company does not influence or interfere with these decisions in any way. Users are advised to review the application thoroughly before submission.
Application Modifications
Once an application is submitted through the Platform, it is considered final and may not be subject to further modifications. Any requests for changes, corrections, or additional information must be directed to the respective school. The Company will not be responsible for processing or ensuring the acceptance of such modification requests. 4. Payment Terms
Transaction Security
The Platform employs advanced encryption technologies and secure payment gateways to ensure the safety of user transactions. While the Company takes reasonable measures to protect payment information, users are responsible for ensuring that they use a secure internet connection and device while making payments. The Company will not be liable for any breaches or losses resulting from the user's failure to adhere to basic security practices.
Third-Party Fees

7. Feedback and Suggestions
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by users regarding the Platform will be deemed non-confidential. The Company reserves the right to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation to the user.
8. Dispute Resolution for Platform Users
Disputes with Schools
The Company is not a party to any agreements or disputes between users and schools. Any issues must be resolved directly with the school.
Internal Resolution Process
For disputes related to the Platform itself, users must first contact the Company via the support email provided on the Platform. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
9. Miscellaneous
- The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform unless otherwise specified. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any non-contractual obligations, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
